The existing residential towers will be demolished to make way for 3 new 8-storey towers. Also 3 extra blocks of 3 to 5 layers are being built.
The works in the Paspoel district will take 6 years. The demolition works are done in phases and are coordinated in such a way that the residents only have to move once.
