The end customer has opted for an open facade cladding with four plank widths.
The shelf widths of 40, 70, 90 and 130mm are mounted with an intermediate space of 10mm. The open joint only becomes apparent after discoloration.
Pictures were taken of the installation (red) and pictures after two weeks (brown), so you can see the discolouration.
The planks are nailed in plain sight with stainless steel staples.
The four widths give an exceptionally beautiful effect.
