This project will be started in the Hilversum region (NL) at the end of 2019.
It concerns facade cladding, roofing and decking in high-quality wood.
The client had the desire to manufacture this in the very best wood type and all in one wood type.
We quickly came to the only two types of wood that can serve excellently for all these applications; afrormosia and padouk.
After some discussions, the wood type padouk was chosen.
The project includes:
+ - 9000 meters 39x51mm padouk block profile
+ - 2700 meters 18x95mm padouk slats
+ - 140 square meters of padouk decking (wide planks 190mm).
